Dear compassionate souls, This is Rulla Alalami from Gaza , Never in my life I thought I would ask for something like that but, we are in real danger, we could die and our lives could just simply end at any moment now - this has been the case for 200+ very difficult days.

We have suffered immense losses due to the war in Gaza, including the tragic death of our sister Lina at the hands of Israeli soldiers.

The ongoing conflict has created an unimaginable and unsafe environment for us. I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart seeking your support to help us evacuate, find safety and rebuild our shattered lives.

Our first priority now is leaving Gaza. To do so, each of us needs $5,000 USD to evacuate and we are 6 (my husband Bashar, Bashar's mother, my sister’s husband, my sister's 2 children, and lastly myself) along with needed expenses totaling $25,000 USD. We’ll use the rest of the money to rebuild what’s left of our lives.

During the war we’ve lost everything our house, our jobs, our lives and our dreams, I even lost my beloved cat (Latte) due the unhealthy conditions in which we’ve been living that got him sick. Later he passed away.

Most importantly, I lost my precious sister Lina due to the war happening now in Gaza. She was killed with cold blood. I cannot bear the thought of losing yet another precious soul to the horrors of this never-ending war. That is why I turn to you, my brothers and sisters, with a plea for help.

We’re raising this campaign to evacuate and to rebuild our lives, our houses was destroyed either completely or partially.

We’ll use the money first to evacuate out of Gaza and the rest of the money will be used to find a new home and gather our shattered lives.

Tired of repeatedly appealing, tired of waiting, tired of explaining each time how my life changed in an instant because of the war.

I was a pharmacist, living off my hard work and dignity. My pharmacy was my livelihood and that of my family. Then the war came, destroyed everything, and left me standing helpless amidst the rubble, searching only for a chance to return to my normal life .. ❤️‍🩹

I've pleaded so much... and waited so long... and with each passing day, I feel hope slipping away from my heart, little by little, until I feel I've lost faith in humanity itself.

This might be the last time I ask for help.

I want nothing more than to return to my pharmacy, to the profession I loved, to the life that was stolen from me unjustly. I'm not looking for luxury or wealth, but for a chance to live with dignity and feed my family with my work, as I always have. And I say this sincerely: I will always feel a deep pain towards everyone who was able to lend a helping hand, even a little, and then chose to turn their back on my suffering .. 💔💔

The war did not only destroy buildings.

It destroyed the feeling of safety inside us.

It stole our home, our peace, our routines, and the simple life we once had.

Every day feels heavy.

We wake up not knowing if we will survive the next airstrike, if we will have electricity, food, or even a quiet moment without fear.

The sound of explosions has become part of our nights, and the smoke has become part of our memories.

We are exhausted emotionally, physically, and financially.

Everything became difficult. Living itself became difficult.

Sometimes I try to act normal, to study, to smile, to post something hopeful… but deep inside, I am terrified and tired.

Tired of displacement.

Tired of losing people.

Tired of pretending we are okay.

I don’t want luxury.

I just want safety.

A peaceful night.

A future that does not feel impossible.

Last year, I was pregnant with my daughter Tia during one of the hardest times of our lives. We were going through a terrible period of hunger and scarcity. There was barely any food, and I suffered deeply because I could not nourish my unborn baby the way a mother should. There was also almost no medical care or treatment to make sure she would be born safely.🥹😭

After months of fear and exhaustion, Tia was born in a fragile tent while bombs and destruction surrounded us. She was supposed to be born and grow up in our warm home, but our home was bombed and destroyed, leaving us with nothing but a worn tent. This small, fragile tent cannot protect her from the freezing cold in winter or the burning heat in summer.😢😢My daughter never received the childhood she deserved. Her first year of life has been filled with suffering, displacement, and pain. We have lived through the hardest days, and even as a baby, Tia feels the fear and anxiety around her every day.🥹

Today, my little girl is only one year old.🫂 She has never known what safety feels like. The only things she knows are hunger, fear, and the sound of bombs.😢

My baby urgently needs the most basic things to survive food, diapers, and clothes. What may seem small to others means everything for my daughter.

Sometimes I look at her and wonder if Tia could speak, she would tell you how sad she is and how much she needs your help. A baby should never have to live like this.

From the heart of a mother, I am begging you to please help my child. Even the smallest donation can make a difference in her life.
