"she's been having headaches. Ocies been giving her medicine. This morning Aph wandered up to the observatory."

"When Ocie brought her back to the house she noticed Aph has marks on her shoulder....purple marks."
[Icarus' breath catches and they look down at their hand in Centross'. They look at the fading purple veins, a reminder of what they've become. Lines that can't seem to fade. Was it their fault it got to Aph..?]

[When Ocie goes to check on her kids, Aphs bed is empty and unmade. Theres drawings on the floor (like usual) and the crayons are scattered. Her blanket and Chomp aren't there.]

[She's not in there. Her bed is cold. She hasn't been in bed for a bit.]

"Aphra, Aphra this isn't a fun game anymore. Where are you?"
[She's not downstairs, but the front door is just barely open]
[Ocie looks at the front door before running upstairs to her room with Centross]
"Centross, Centross wake up!"
[she whisper yells as to not wake up the whole house]
[He grumbles]
"Mmm...what...? What's wrong...? What happened...?"
[His eyes crack open and he sits up, rubbing his eyes]
"Aphra's missing, and the front door is open."
[Ocie is practicing dragging him by the hand out of bed]
"okay- okay- i'm up-"
[He gets up quickly]
"What do you mean she's missing?"
"I- I don't know where she is! and Chomp isn't there and the door was open- Centross I don't know where she is!"
"okay- Seabreeze, look at me for a second. Breathe. Take a deep breath."
[His voice is gentle. He's holding her hand with an insane amount of calmness.]
"We will find her. But you need to breathe. She's strong. I'm sure she's okay."
[she takes a deep breath before nodding her head]
"okay, let's go find her now?"
"Mhm"
[Centross nods]
[she nods before getting up and leaving the room, turning around before exiting]
"I'll go check the hill?"
"okay, i'll see if she wandered into town at all."
[He smiles reassuringly, or tries to]
"She'll be okay"
[she smiles at him back, the worry still evident on her face]
"when we get back i'm so going to take a nap btw, if you want to join me in that nap."
"wouldn't miss it. Now go. I'll message you if i find anything."
"alright i'm going, love you violet.."
[she leaves the entry way of the room, walking to the front door and outside. Ocie goes to the path leading to Wolf's observatory]
[Closer to the observatory, there's little, familiar hoof prints. The inside of the observatory is dark besides what looks like a single lantern.]
[Ocie quickly makes her way to the observatory and opens the door]
"Aphra?"
[A little head peeks out from under the desk the lantern sits on.]
"...mmm" [She makes a soft noise of acknowledgment]
[Ocie lets out a sigh before going over to her, hugging her as tightly as she could]
"what are you doing in here sweetheart?"
"Couldn' sleep....head hurts...shoulder too....feel weird...."
[She mumbles into her moms chest, cuddling up. It's not the warmest in the observatory. She has her blanket around her shoulders and she's in one of Oscars hoodies. Chomp is beside them on the ground.]
[Ocie gently smooths her hair, running her fingers through it]
"shh... i got you baby, mama's here, go ahead and rest now alright?.."
"nothin feels right...."
[She mumbles, not quite knowing what she's saying through her exhaustion. Her tail wraps around Ocies arm, a seeking of comfort.]
"i know, mama is going to help, all you have to do right now is sleep. alright?"
[she moves the hand in Aphra's hair to her back, gently rubbing circles]
"m'kay..."
[She reaches for Chomp, grabbing him and holding him close before curling more into her moms embrace, very similiar to how she did when Ocie first found her.]
[Ocie makes sure the blanket is securely wrapped around her before going outside and back to the house]
[Aph's pretty much asleep by the time they make it to the house]
[Her hoodie shifts a bit and theres a glimpse of purple on right shoulder, almost looking like viens beneath the skin but not...]
[Ocie pauses at Aphra's bedroom door when she sees the glimpse of purple before going into the room and placing her on her bed]
[She curls into the blankets and makes a content noise, holding Chomp close]
[Ocie quietly walks out of the room and messages Centross]
/w Vi: I found her, but something is wrong, i need you to see it.
/w Seabreeze: On my way

[Within minutes he's back at the house]
"Hey- is she okay? Is she hurt?"
[Ocie looked at him and brought him into Aphra's room, so he can see her shoulder and just looks at her]
[He looks confused for a moment before he freezes]
"Is that...?"
[He looks to Ocie]
[Ocie just looks at him, before hugging him]
[Centross holds her close, whispering to himself]
"That's not....she shouldn't have those...."
[she just listens to him, holding onto him tightly]
"Okay I...I'll talk to Icarus or...something. See what they say..." [He says] "For now I think the best we can do is just monitor it...?"
[she nods, just staying close to him, breathing heavily]

[Ocie pauses, looking at Aphra's room before stepping inside]
"Aphra? Sweetheart it's a little to early to play hide n seek don't you think?"
[She's not in there. Her bed is cold. She hasn't been in bed for a bit.]

"Aphra, Aphra this isn't a fun game anymore. Where are you?"
[She's not downstairs, but the front door is just barely open]
[Ocie looks at the front door before running upstairs to her room with Centross]
"Centross, Centross wake up!"
[she whisper yells as to not wake up the whole house]
[He grumbles]
"Mmm...what...? What's wrong...? What happened...?"
[His eyes crack open and he sits up, rubbing his eyes]
"Aphra's missing, and the front door is open."
[Ocie is practicing dragging him by the hand out of bed]
"okay- okay- i'm up-"
[He gets up quickly]
"What do you mean she's missing?"
"I- I don't know where she is! and Chomp isn't there and the door was open- Centross I don't know where she is!"
"okay- Seabreeze, look at me for a second. Breathe. Take a deep breath."
[His voice is gentle. He's holding her hand with an insane amount of calmness.]
"We will find her. But you need to breathe. She's strong. I'm sure she's okay."
[she takes a deep breath before nodding her head]
"okay, let's go find her now?"

[she nods before getting up and leaving the room, turning around before exiting]
"I'll go check the hill?"
"okay, i'll see if she wandered into town at all."

"when we get back i'm so going to take a nap btw, if you want to join me in that nap."

[she leaves the entry way of the room, walking to the front door and outside. Ocie goes to the path leading to Wolf's observatory]
[Closer to the observatory, there's little, familiar hoof prints. The inside of the observatory is dark besides what looks like a single lantern.]

"Aphra?"
[A little head peeks out from under the desk the lantern sits on.]
"...mmm" [She makes a soft noise of acknowledgment]
[Ocie lets out a sigh before going over to her, hugging her as tightly as she could]
"what are you doing in here sweetheart?"
"Couldn' sleep....head hurts...shoulder too....feel weird...."

"shh... i got you baby, mama's here, go ahead and rest now alright?.."

"i know, mama is going to help, all you have to do right now is sleep. alright?"

[Her hoodie shifts a bit and theres a glimpse of purple on right shoulder, almost looking like viens beneath the skin but not...]
[Ocie pauses at Aphra's bedroom door when she sees the glimpse of purple before going into the room and placing her on her bed]
[She curls into the blankets and makes a content noise, holding Chomp close]
[Ocie quietly walks out of the room and messages Centross]
