When talking near it it seems to slightly glow with the same crimson color.

And when, seemingly, talking to it you find something comes to respond.

The entities that respond vary depending on the question or the name you refer to when asking.

The entities are…

Sol- the core of the Gestalt consciousness that is the V.A.L network, they seemed to have once been a mortal but has since grown far beyond it. They're usually busy with stuff so there may be a waiting period.

Arcius- the auto-drone designed for exploration, though largely friendly and inquisitive, they aren't scared of REMOVING an obstacle or danger when needed.

Mal- the auto-drone designed for diplomacy, extremely friendly and capable of reading and exploiting emotions or logic to quite a degree. Though, they don't like getting their hands… “dirty”.

Tyki- the auto-drone designed for researching, quite smart but secretive to outsiders.

Dekra- the auto-drone designed for the V.A.L networks industries, including the construction of colonies and their management, they are quite blunt and are quite capable of getting their hand dirty.

Wruta- the auto-drone designed for war and battles, they don't care much for how many eggs are needed for the omelette, only that the omelette is made, they are quite loyal.

And the “operator”, they seem to be what is controlling the files that appear on the monoliths. Theyll assist if the “guestioner” doesnt ask any specific persons name, or if the guestioner asks the operator themselfs, the operator doesnt have much of a personality.

Others may appear sometimes, other point-entities or individuals but most points don't care much for mortals, only their own goals, and the individuals usually have a bit of stuff on hand, so they're always a bit busy

Notes: the multiverse and, so, the universe that S.I.R unit-1746184727 was surveying were noted to have galaxies of varying sizes, with galaxy O.W.-2646227 having only 600 stars.

The galaxy itself was noted to be home to a variety of species and nations, but, the most “eye-catching” for lack of a better term, was the coalition of feathered hoot who were made up a modified species of an avian nature named “shellnose owls”. (later references to the coalition of feathered hoot will instead be referred to as the C.O.F.H for ease of reading.)

They were the most advanced nation in the galaxy, so much so, their home was a orbiting solar system cluster, with a variety of kilostructures, megastructures, and terra structures, though they did have a terrastructural outpost in the core of the galaxy. One of the reason they were so powerful is likely due to their use of “stelarite”. (which is discussed below)

How they had manifested the various systems is believed to be due to an “E.H.O.F” or event horizon offset facility, which we in modern times noted to be a technology strikingly similar to a component of a weapon given to W.D. Gaster, the component itself was noted to be called the “E.H.O.C” or event horizon offset core used in the SOULRENDER.

It is known the E.H.O.F (and likely the E.H.O.C) are capable of transporting matter and energy, with its use by the coalition of feather hoot being the taking of systems from outside sources (likely other galaxies) and the component in the SOULRENDER being the moving of energy.

It is also noted that both are quite similar to the omnidimensional singularity core or O.S.C used by V.A.L units for the movement and supplying of the energy, matter, and communication needs of units, it also is capable of maneuvering the host ship/unit, though this feature is more commonly used for the ships.

Historical data: the C.O.F.H species were initially “pets” of a fallen empire, which fallen empire however is unknown as all 3 were exterminated. However given the proximity, the lyrite protectors are likely the “masters” of the non-sapient or close-to-sapient shellnose owls at the time.

After the departure of their masters, the shellnose owl species found themselves forced to fend for themselves, but they eventually developed civilization, and eventually, rose to the stars.

Through many centuries of growth, their final tribulation was the blokkats.

The blokkats are a extremely advanced civilization with their only goal being the accumulation of energy to stop the heat death of the universe.

The shellnose fought (with some assistance of lesser civilizations) against the blokkats, and through the use of a terrastructure designated as a “hyperdimensional destabilizer” managed to destroy the mothership of the invading blokkat forces.

A secure comm line was opened to the C.O.F.H.

Stellarite notes: stellarite is a crystalline substance used for energy generation and storage, the substance was originally part of a “star” made by the “Omegans” as a bridge between their power and the limit of comprehensibity of mortals, though the star was destroyed by the “shadow” in a conflict between multiple ascended empires manipulated to believe in their own superiority.

Modern samples of Stellarite are replications of the true source due to this.

The C.O.F.H made heavy use of Stellarite, though before their use of Stellarite they used dark matter and dark energy which was also made part of the exchange.

One notable technology exchanged was “sentient metal”. which was noted to be highly similar to V.A.L construction material, though it was superior to V.A.L material at the time of the exchange, research into the material allowed the capabilities of sentient metal to be given to V.A.L material, combined with thaumaturgical enchantments and runes with

Sentient metal notes: a hyper-advanced form of nanites, with capabilities not seen in any other mechanical substance. Sentient metal shows the distinct ability to mimic the properties of other material, both physical and chemical. And also has the ability of adaptation, allowing it to exist in any environment no matter the environmental dangers.

And if supplied with enough energy can exhibit the properties of non-baryonic matter.

Final notes: multiverse S.S. has shown a startling degree of diversity, from technology to history, and even the fundamental code of the universes within it. The only reason the multiverse is considered a multiverse is due to the fact that events, technology, history, and the codes within the individual universe have shown to overlap with each other.

Notes: S.I.R unit-36266 was sent to survey and study a galaxy in universe H.O.W.O.-27369, the galaxy was designated as S.I.S.U-82648 which we noted to have been

From past observations of the base universe, so it was deemed to be a place of high-value data and opportunities of uniqueness for assimilation.

The S.I.R drone initially arrived at the outskirts of the galaxy, in which it managed to survey 30,000 systems with no issues, in many of those systems were ruins of a precursor civilization which we noted to be only 10,000+ years old.

The materials, technology, and principles of this species were swiftly studied and assimilated, then distributed throughout the network.

A solar system of note was one with the remains of a near ftl mono-planetary society, the planet seemed to have been orbitally bombarded with inferno warheads, the detonation of these warheads quickly caused the planet's atmosphere to be consumed by the rapidly growing fires, leaving the planet in brimstone.

We noted remains of an orbital facility and the remains of a ship in the outskirts of the system.

From what data we gathered from the orbital facility we found that the society was beginning their tests of an ftl system.

The ftl system was noted to be an extra-plane based ftl. The society seemed to have reversed enginnered it from the remnants of a myriad of crashed starships, with the drive put into the experimental colony ship being “hotwired” into their species' more primitive tech.

Due to this they needed a computer system capable of achieving the reguired computational power needed for the equations for the jumps. But the species did not have the required tech, so instead they seemed to resort to an experimental neural-interface. Though this system seemed to require the user to be placed into a deprivation tank.

We noted the ship in the outskirts of the system was not ftl capable, so it was believed that the ftl capable vessel may have survived the destruction of the species homeworld, and may have left for a new world.

Another location of note was a region of space with a particularly dense nebula, but it was also home to many derelict starships of various designs. From what we could read from sensors this was one of the regions the ftl vessel had gone too.

Investigations of where the experimental ftl vessel may have gone were swiftly ordered, and another 2 S.I.R ships were sent to assist.

Another 70,000 systems were surveyed, it was noted that the systems closer to the galactic core were more inhabited than the outer rim.

This inevitably led to a flotilla of ships coming upon a S.I.R.

This led them witnessing the S.I.R. assimilating a derelict ship, upon which the flotilla immediately jumped out of the system.

We noted a high degree of comm chatter between the ships but the S.I.R ship was not concerned with translating the chatter.

6 hours after this, a fleet of warships jumped into the system and immediately opened fire, their weapons were noted to cause minimal damage to the S.I.R ship’s shields.

The ships onboard individuality core was previously ordered to avoid conflict. So it immediately attempted to open comms.

Conversation between Somtaaw Fleet and S.I.R unit are as follows.

S.I.R unit: Warning, you are firing upon a V.A.L exploratory vessel. Please explain hostilities, otherwise I will be forced to initiate counterfire.

After the message was sent, a brief period of pause was noted in the Somtaaw fleet, after which the captain of the Somtaaw flagship opened comms.

Somtaaw fleet flagship captain: You… you wish for us to explain ourselves…?

S.I.R unit: Affirmative.

Somtaaw fleet flagship captain: Oh, we…

We noted the sounds of conversations taking place within the helm, likely surprise.

Somtaaw fleet flagship captain: you aren't the beast. The beast wouldn't question why it's attacked nor would it not fight back…

S.I.R unit: beast?

Somtaaw fleet flagship captain: Yes, the beast was a techno-organic virus, capable of subverting both organic and technological systems. Many decades ago my kiith were the ones to defeat the infection, and drive it to near extinction, but only after it had claimed countless lives.

S.I.R unit: …we are sorry for the misunderstanding. May we request a data package on this “beast”?

Somtaaw fleet flagship captain: uh, sure… sending package now.

Say I don't believe I've seen your hull before… remind me again of what “V.A.L” is?

The S.I.R drone activated its ftl drive after the data package had been sent.

A war drone ship ( wayward class exploratory frigate) was sent to capture an infected ship for study.

After jumping to 1000 systems and using its sensor system to scan systems in close proximity, it finally found an infected ship, sensor readings noted it was once named the “Caal-Shto”, and although the carrier was badly damaged and likely the last remaining infected ship in the galaxy, it still held a large degree of its system operational.

A short battle then occurred where the Caal-Shto used particle beams with beast cells riding the plasma wave to infect the frigate, unfortunately, the particle beams were not powerful enough to neither Pierce nor break the frigate's shields.

The Caal-Shto’s movement systems were destroyed and the ship placed within the frigate's internal storage bay, where it was then transported to the universe's outpost, designated station-472647273 in the TWILIGHT RIFT some 10,000,000,000 light-years away from the MGF-82648 galaxy for research and study.

During this time, the location of where the ftl vessel had gone was found.

After the destruction of their homeworld, the Kushan left to find a new home, but eventually found their true homeworld which was taken from them many centuries ago.

Their crusade to retake their true homeworld had seemingly caused quite an uproar within the galaxy, the bentusi were one ally the kushan had found.

The Kushan eventually retook their home, and they became the Higgarans, which notably had a clan-like structure, with the clans being called kiith , the Somtaaw were one notable kiith who prior to destroying the beast were minor to the political landscape.

After the formation of the Higgarans they seemed to be forced into a variety of new crises, including the beast, the vagyr and most recently the “incarnate” who was found in a neighboring galaxy.

The neighboring galaxy was surveyed and the incarnate were noted to have an extremely hostile culture, it has been noted that they have a very good understanding of progenitor tech. Far more than other civilizations noted, the same as their degree of hyperspace weaponization.

Occasional diplomatic talks with the inhabitants of galaxy S.I.S.U-82648 have occurred since our first incursion, assistance has been given when required, though avoidance has been the goal, when we are contacted we will answer.

Incarnate however have been noted to be avoided due to their aggressive behavior. They will instead be monitored.

All data on the tech, materials, and practices taken from reality H.O.W.O.-27369 has been sent to the F.T.D department.

Additional notes: a large degree of the tech used by the civilizations in reality H.O.W.O.-27369 seem to be limited.

Only chemical-based autocannons, lasers, ion cannons, and missiles are noted to be used for weapons, with plasma weapons seeming to only be used by the incarnate, all reactor, propulsion, and warhead technology seem to be based on fusion. Which, given the level of industry noted, we expected anti-matter propulsion and warheads to be commonplace. Why this is however, is unknown. Their FTL is also noted be limited, with it all being based on hyperspace. We found however likely chance this reason is due to the FTL being based on the progenitors as the precursor civilization have been called by the societies of S.I.S.U-82648 and its neighbor .

Following our experiments, we attempted to make a weapons platform utilizing the temporal properties of DT, as of now, we have three methods for causing damage, with, added data on the mechanics of them.

1: We found that DT was able to imprint on one universe and that imprint would remain when the sample was moved to another.

So we moved the sample to a particularly old universe, specifically a universe 10 to the 73rd power old.

So, if this “reset” were to affect a small location or object, that object would rapidly become dust as its relative time changes to a new point.

2: by specifically causing the DT to imprint a zeptosecond earlier, the atoms of the present individual would be teleported to the exact locations they were before.

This would cause one of two reactions, which will depend on the universes laws, the first is where the atoms would merge, forming singularities which would then rapidly decay, utterly disintegrating the enemy target. (This system shows a remarkable resemblance to the chronoweapons the imperium of man used in their so-called “dark age”)

The second, is that the atoms would rapidly launch away from each other. This has the added benefit of causing a “particle explosion” for lack of a better term.

This explosion would cause damage to the surroundings of the target, whether it be infrastructure or equipment or other enemy targets close by.

We advise that if this Is the case in the universe you are in, that you avoid close quarters combat.

Though this fact was noted in the design of the weapon, so please use the weapon (if given to you) responsibly and correctly.

3: the last way would only be effective against Gestalt consciousness, eg, hive minds or machine intelligences.

This system would have the DT phased into a different plane, this plane would be the primary place where the G.C. uses for communication.

(If the GC uses pheromones for communication then DT can be sprayed on them and the very same effect can occur.)

These actions would cause the DT to “stick” to the entities within the network, and those affected will then separate from the main network and become independent, this can lead to a singular entity or an entirely separate GC.

This “stick” and it's just effect is believed to be because the DT, when in contact with a non-sentient entity, will try to force sentience.

a specimen of this in action would be when the entity designated as “Alphys” did her own experiments with DT, she used flowers, these flowers never reacted, that was until she injected DT into a flower sprinkled with the “dust” of Asriel.

the DT then used the remnants of a sentient entity to make a sentient entity, this resulted in flowey, which was devoid of a soul, and only had DT and sentience.

Now, to the design of the weapon.

It is inspired by the U.P.V Tachyon precision rifle, or the 2056 PR-T34.

This is due to the fact that, as of yet, we have yet to find how a biological entity would “activate” the properties of DT, so we will be limited to unnaturally activating the DT.

Due to Tachyons being a requirement in its assembly, and in part due to our supply of DT being limited to just 10 liters.

We have limited it to just semi-auto, though it does have an effective range of 500 miles, with a round travel speed of 50 miles per second.

The weapons design will be used for additional testing of DT’s warfare applications, where larger or more exotic methods will be used. These tests will use a separate amount of DT than the DT used for the tests for the more “civilian” applications.

Due to our last studies of DT, we found that velocity or speed causes slight temporal distorations, these distortions are only zeptoseconds long, but they exist nonetheless.

We believed this was due to relativity…

We were right.

Using tachyons we found that objects or energy moving at sufficiently fast speeds would cause distortions, these distortions wouldn't occur naturally, due to DT being inside a soul.

Unfortunately for nature, sentient life was not something accounted for.

Tachyons also seemed to have a particular toxic reaction to DT, this was learned when the small DT sample detonated.

This caused a total “reset” of the environment, causing the inhospitable planetoid, to return to many centruries past.

At this time the planet was host to a species that had reached ftl status , though they were exterminated for their genetic material by a particular zealous race.

The reset had brought them back.

The reason was yet unknown.

But, it may have been due to the fact DT locks on to a period in time where a person was feeling particularly “determined”.

The location the outpost was positioned at was a notable urban center for their species, and so, it's “possible” the DT locked on to their feelings at the moment of time they were feeling “determined”.

Fears of possible “punishment” by the other points, (who had put rules in place where a dead race cannot be revived) were squashed when Omegapoint-Mel brought to them the fact we were experimenting with DT.

And that this accidental revival was in fact…

Accidental.

We of course told the species (ardarian) of their unfortunate fate.

We could not let them stay within their reality, lest the species who had exterminated them attack them again.

So, we transported them to a U.P.V. owned planet.

Though their home was gone, they yet live…

This incident has shown that DT is a very powerful material, with the remaining energy detected in the DT still being extremely high, likely as high as the energy density of stellarite or more.

A test bed weapon is being developed with the principles we have found.

Initial data: determination, or DT, is a crimson liquid substance, with links to temporal manipulation and sentient organic life.

Data newly studied: inspired by the substance zro ( a psionic enhancing drug made from the full psionic potential of the psionically gifted species zroni) destructive property of releasing its full unbridled energy, (causing a psychic storm) when under extreme conditions.

We first used extreme heat, extreme cold, and extreme pressure.

Then we bombarded a small amount of DT to high velocity particles, these particles were at first baryonic of varying charges, but we then switched to non-baryonic particles

This led to some unexpected gravitic and temporal distortions.

We then moved on to forms of waves/energy.

Thalaron was one type of radiation used, the expectation was it would have some reaction with DT due to its capability for cellular decay, this was a failed expectation.

We then moved onto light, first visible, then invisible, it was only when we used gamma that we found the very same distortions, it seems that velocity has some reaction with DT.

Further experiments will occur, and further study notes shall be made.

Somewhat busy with studying DT and fighting Null fractures.

And unfortunately, I cannot assist you in finding Null. Their core (much like mine) is very hidden, and a very, VERY few are aware of where or how to locate it.
