But that's okay, most things are never easy. Whether you're a disordered system, traumagenic system, and endogenic system, it's not always going to be easy. What matters is that you're able to overcome the hardships as a system and adapt to changes. There is no right or wrong way to experience being plural and no one has any right to tell you that you are invalid for your struggles.

And if you do not struggle with your plurality? That's great! What we hate seeing is peolple tearing down other systems just because they do not hate being a system or struggle with being a system. All systems are valid and their experiences are valid.

Remember to drink water and keep check on your health!
