how do I stop feeling totally & completely empty?

Rest is important. Sleep is important. There is nothing more important you could be doing right now so please stop shaming yourself for sleeping in or taking a nap or sleeping more than usual. Your body is exhausted and therefore the best thing you could be doing is resting. Listen to your body and rest.

Not all friends are forever and that’s okay. Some friends are meant to be in your life for a certain time and reason. Just because that relationship fades doesn’t mean it was less important or valuable.
