Shout out to Dr Who for making Amy’s arc be about running away from growing up (in the form of getting married) because she was left behind and grew up too quick, and making the wedding be the thing that brought the adventure and her childhood and the extraordinary back to life when she had forgotten it (the thing she was afraid all the growing up like the wedding would do to her)
Reminds me of this quote from CS Lewis!
