How do I explain to someone that I stutter when I text. Like I’ll start writing a word, delete it, right the same word or respell it again and repeat about five times until I either finish the word or correctly spell it.

I have a regular stutter too. It’s not bad and most of the time I just come off awkward or terrified.

I think people forget that Stratt amnesticized Grace with the goal that Ilyukina and Yao would be there to help him, y’know NOT DIE, and then THEY DIED before he woke up.

So like she gets the recordings and realizes Yao and Ilyukina are dead before he wakes up so he’s got no pilot, no engineer, and no memories.

And then you also have to remember that the EXISTENCE of these recordings and the fact they were accompanied by the Taumoeba means that an amnesticized Grace somehow managed to save earth without a pilot or engineer and shoddy memory that only vaguely gives him enough to work with as he works.

People who say CPTSD isn’t real because it’s not in the DSM-5 are such posers. Same if you say that it’s not real cause it’s not diagnosed in war survivors.

All respect to war vets but world war one and two combined were shorter lived than my childhood, and most of other people with CPTSD’s childhoods. Thats WHY it’s complex. Yeah they were way scarier but that’s the point of Complex PTSD. It’s formed from trauma lasting longer periods or multiple similar incidents. It’s more complex than PTSD with unpredictable triggers.

There’s a certain level of ‘I love you enough to not need to know what you think’ about that comes with me.
