Imma be real folks, I’m a little tired of this character

It’s kinda just hard to find joy in things recently.

I currently live in the U.S, and the current administration just dropped a bill that sucks to say the very least. Among many other things.

Worse when I live in a part where speaking against said administration is far from the norm and downright hated.

A place where a few things this character has said is said around here, and it kinda just makes me feel guilty cause I am a minority, but unlike others, I can hide that fact.

I really enjoyed the little traction I got don’t get me wrong. The muppet joker is a huge inspiration when it comes to writing funny little hahas and the ways they made the whole thing feel like a genuine character has me awe-struck, even to this day. Having just even an ounce of that was amazing.

Yet in good faith, I don’t want to spread hatred of any kind even if it’s fiction.

I just wanted the few that look at this regularly why I’m not doing this thing anymore, and if you speak out against the U.S’ (U.S’s?) administration, please do be safe.
