Annoyed with P

As the title suggests, after last session I’m annoyed with P. I just felt she was quite invalidating, but mostly dismissive of what I’ve been experiencing and going through lately. I felt like she was basically just saying “nah you’re fine..” when the truth is I’ve come so so ridiculously close to death lately because I AM NOT FINE. Yet she still doesn’t see that

L kinda agreed with Dr. A...i guess it was nice

i was telling L how Dr A thinks there’s more something developmentally going on beneath the surface, not just depression and confusion and stuff. i told her and she responded with “like you can experience trauma (i have) and experience all this anxiety and so on, but honestly since knowing you i have always known there was something more”......it was kinda nice in an odd way her saying that because in a way it kinda validated (???) everything, but then again i dont like it as it means i must really have some odd behaviours and presentations if L noticed (L is my dietitian)
