Lemme tell you, life has been LIFING, and I haven't had it in me to do any tag games or really interact with anyone but two close friends I also have off Tumblr. But I've missed it, and it's time to get back on some people's dashes, and what better way than with a Picrew?
Tobias:
A recent development in Toby's lore is that, post-Trespasser, he starts getting involved in organized cage fighting to "blow off steam" -- yes, after he loses an arm. Before he gets his prosthetic. Truthfully, it's less about blowing off steam and more about hoping he'll get killed in a fight, but despite only having one arm, he actually wins a lot. Basically, I really liked this Picrew for him. Buuut I didn't feel like giving him scruff, which is very important to his appearance (cage-fighting Toby would have really short hair and even more scruff, and one arm, which is very important to note), so this Picrew is actually depicting "younger" (still scrappy) Toby.
Julius:
Jules doesn't belong in a fist fight. He's a mage who doesn't have a scrappy bone in his body. He doesn't like fighting and prefers to use diplomacy to solve his problems. It doesn't help that he's got severe rheumatoid arthritis in his hands that would make punching someone more painful for him than it ever would for them. He'd prefer using whatever time he has left with functioning hands to make art. That being said, Jules isn't a pushover though, and if someone insists on provoking him to violence, he'll defend himself. This Picrew also depicts a younger Jules, thanks to my not wanting to draw his beard or facial tat, so this would ALSO be when Jules had a lot less control over his lightning magic, which is still a bit unpredictable even into adulthood. Hence the literal sparks flying.
Zavriel:
In the most literal sense, Zavriel is a lover, not a fighter. He's more likely to somehow wind up in bed with his enemies than he is to throw a punch. But when he *does* get pushed to that point, well, he's gonna put everything he has in it and look gorgeous doing it. Definitely younger Zav, pre-vallaslin and scars.
CeCe:

My tiny but mighty Lord of Fortune. She's 4'10 and 100-something pounds of pure wrath and fury. Do not underestimate her. After being a galley slave from the ages of ten to sixteen, CeCe isn't going to let anyone else take advantage of her if she can help it and won't back down in a fight. She's genuinely sweet and maybe the teensiest bit abrasive otherwise, but in a fight, she's ruthless. As with the theme, I can see this being younger CeCe pre scars and tattoos.
Klaus:

He's a Mercar; what more needs to be said? Klaus takes after his cousin, Dorian, and is rather scrappy for a mage. The streets of Tevinter raised him, and he's just as good at talking through a situation as he is fighting through them. Again, you guessed it: younger Klaus.
