- Tim learned his lesson from Valentine's Day but visiting it every day?

- I'm trying to understand why Wesley took on this job since it was bound to not end well with Angela being Tim's best friend. I kind of get it but I kind of wish he actually said this himself instead of Angela saying it in an offhand comment.

- Why not use a giant magnet to escape?

- Putting the ring was definitely a worse idea than leaving it in a locker.

- Miles really can't get a break.

- I don't think I fully got how the gun got into the holding cells.

- It's nice how Tim hates the beach but still took a walk with Lucy there because she loves it so the moment is perfect. It's also kind of a callback to the first episode of this season when they got back together with the sun rising in the background.

- One thing that did bother me though is the 8 year thing when they did in fact say in canon it's been 5 years since Lucy and Nolan started as rookies.

- I kind of expected for the nice moment to not last long. I know they discussed Kojo being there in the scene before. It would have been heartbreaking if they did do it.

- Aw, Aaron is back with the guys he knows.

- Monica definitely definitely landed herself in a rabbit hole she couldn't get out of the first time she started working for the bad guy.

- Tim thinking about this ring so much and wanting a second opinion really makes me think he and Isabel has more of a practical engagement where they just agreed to get married.

- It's kind of funny how everyone just slips out Tim wants to propose like it's no big deal. Old Tim would have reacted very differently to this situation.

- Tim really had to pull a Chandler because he panicked. I don't think Lucy liked his protest against a possible engagement with Celina and Rodge and probably made her think he isn't thinking about ever marrying her.

- That definitely sounded like Liam is planning to kill again now that he's lost his kids.

- Glasser's lawyer becoming one of Everett's lawyers can't be good.

- This is the kind of episode that I love watching of The Rookie, the humor, the cases, the characters interacting like this.

- I'm sure Wes and Angela like being on opposite sides again.

- I didn't want to get my hopes up but Eric's face when he got asked about a Chenford engagement this season at the Facts convention did hint at something.

- Tim's just asking for everyone's advice about this hideous ring. I'm guessing his mom and him weren't close enough for her to give that ring when he proposed to Isabel.

- Melissa sounds a bit sick this episode. That's probably why Tim and Lucy didn't kiss.

- Now did Tim lie about it being cut glass or not?

- I would have liked to see Miles actually being okay after getting shot instead of a fast glimpse of him being looked at by a doctor.

- Lucy keeps showing off her detective skills, I like it.

- So both Angela and Tim started at the same time in the department, interesting.

- Really not an interesting episode, I'm also not a fan of these mockumentary episodes. Most of these episodes were just interesting because of either Chenford or other small moments between the cast but that wasn't the case here.

- Why pick Nolan to drive the super shop when he destroyed so many shops before?

- I can just imagine Tim being all excited about this super shop and talking to Lucy about it all night long. He's nerding out.

- I don't know if Tim being on patrol while being wc will work out. It seems too hard and he was clearly struggling not to help Nolan and Lucy, especially when she arrived.

- Lucy has great detective skills all while also being a good, supporting supervisor. She would shine in any job she'd choose.

- Celina also has great instincts but I'd e okay if only Angela and Nyla were detectives. Otherwise they would have to focus on a lot of departments in one show.

- Wes and Del Monte sabotaging plea deals and then quitting is the best thing they could do to hinder Vivian honestly. Not a good sign when lots of ADA's quit.

- The robbery had funny scenes but Dash's actor isn't the best at acting.
