I'm actually not that fond of my voice at all. I love to sing but it's about singing with people.

I think it has to go to Blaine Anderson. I remember there being a joke about how he could sing a dictionary and we'd all be entertained. Because it was more than just his voice.

Most surprising voices were Hunter's surprisingly versatile tenor, Seb's smoothness (which shouldn't have been surprising) and Jon's ability to make almost any sound with his mouth.

I'm also biased and will add my best friend here, because one day some kids are going to be super lucky to have Jeff singing them to sleep.

Performing is just a hobby; usually reserved for anytime I get together with some of my Warbler buddies.

Oh yes, in college Seb showed me all the Warbler numbers. @aroundthecornerblaine looked so ambivalent that one! I’d be torn between the two different groups! You on Uptown Girl, though - wow! You are so talented! All I ever did was sway in the back, and I was only Glee club at Stanford because Sebastian is so persuasive!

My other resolutions are just work related, I’m rearranging my schedule and going to a group shared workspace (I’m a sculptor) a few times a week to make sure I’m working more, and to find some community.  Now you have me intrigued! Just let me know when and where. I may have my little ward, the 4 year old I manny for (Seb’s brother). But he’s good about sitting in a far corner with his books.

Drop Mattie by my office if you want, I’m taking Tuesdays and Thursdays off from my regular work going forward. That way you two can have a lovely time, just the two of you ;) Look out, @thehuntison! 

Nick Duval You’re taking time off work? @sebastianmartinsmythe  Like scheduled, not just I’m going to take a day?  Who are you and what have you done with the real Sebastian Smythe?

Yeah.  It really would have been great to have him back- but I can understand how even in hindsight he was grateful to have stayed at McKinley.

Blaine D. Anderson @jaybakernyc, @thatnickduval, @thehuntison and @sebastianmartinsmythe​  --- I’m glad I had that opportunity.  It made my brain and heart hurt even considering it- one perpetual loop of what ifs.  But I had to stop running to or from people and just stand on my own.  Kind of like now.  The more things change the more the stay the same-- I guess.

Ooh, so you guys had a darker side I haven’t heard about. All the better. You Warblers are the best. Yes, that song feels just like Hunter. Makes sense that I love it. :)

I’m doing well, thanks for asking. Excited about the New Year’s Resolutions I have to tackle. Being more social is one of them - so we should grab a beer sometime and you can tell me how you’re doing. Text or DM me!

Everybody’s got a dark side.... surely you’ve heard?  If not I might be able to dredge up a recording.  ;)  Yeah, that makes a lot of sense.

Nick Duval Nice.  It reminds me so much of Dalton and the Warblers.  I’d heard it before Hunter came but it always makes me think of him too.   How are you doing Jay?
