trying to figure out a new blog title

hello it’s Cheap Halloween Costume again coming to you from Poortown in Brokemerica, i am hoping to have commissions back open next week and to move through my queue in the meantime

until then, i am skirting emergencies and losing my mind applying for jobs to no avail and just hoping to have enough in my bank account to keep me from being overdrawn for the next couple days

1.) What is the OP most likely expressing in this post?

a.) a desire to hear a pleasant noise, any noise, from any source, under any circumstance

b.) a desire to replace a specific noise (barking) from a specific animal (dog) with a different, less objectionable noise

2.) Which is true about cats?

a.) they don’t make any loud noises that can strain the nervous system and only purr, even in circumstances during which dogs would bark

I was owed a $2000 tax return and due to some issue in misfiling it took until the end of June to receive any notice until a random $250 landed in my checking account from the federal government. Two days after this I received a letter in the mail saying I was actually owed -$1750 less due to being unemployed the majority of last year. Since the middle of April I was expecting to have a little cushion while starting up my own business to sell art. While an unexpected $250 is nice, the expected $2000 would have been 10x nicer and ease a lot of the current financial stress I’ve been under for the past year and an half.

I have a kofi campaign set up if anyone has the means to help me out. I am trans and disabled so medical expenses on top of monthly bills make it difficult to afford supplies to continue making art. Actually reaching the $2000 goal will not only ensure more art from me, but will also give me incredible peace of mind.

I was so ready to get back on my feet and gain some stability, but now I’m left still struggling.
