Anon who offered to reformat the rules, here! What works best for sending you the reformatted rules? I don’t think they’ll fit in an ask, but I could maybe send a doc link or make a post with them and @ you?

While I do have a deeply personal reason for being a monsterfucker, I wanted to add that even if your interest in monsters isn’t “deep” or “philosophical” and is “just” based in sexual desire - that doesn’t make it less meaningful! It’s a powerful form of self love, to know yourself, your desires and fantasies, and to find that pleasure.

I always connected more to animals than people, and always identified with and obsessed over dragons. When I was really little, I thought I was a dragon trapped in a body that wasn’t made for me. At first, I just thought monsters were Cool. But (like many folks in the monsterfucker community) I latched onto them as someone who felt like an outsider.

My love for monsters has grown with me. I think they can be fantastic representations of finding beauty, care, and pleasure in places where puritanical cultural standards deem it absent. They’re about rejoicing in embodied difference as something that doesn’t just exist but exists as something lovable, meaningful, and desirable.

It’s about being wanted as what you are, and not what you have to pretend to be. Regardless of labels- just as a being that makes meaning of the world by existing.

We're so back! I was finally able to replace my drawing tablet and I decided to break it in by finishing those Priscilla (left) and Polly (right) drawings I did a while ago. So good to see these ladies in colour!
