God I miss you so much. It’s been two years. The thirteenth of every month is your day. I hope you’re out there somewhere. So much has changed I don’t even know where to start. Your dad checks in with me from time to time, it’s like still having you around for a split second and things don’t seem so grim. I’m beginning to forget the sound of your laugh. It’s the part of death that nobody talks about. It’s almost as painful as the day you left. I thought I’d get to be a part of your life forever. Now I just think of you in passing. I wish you could see Alaska, you’d love the conspiracies. I just know we’d sit up all night talking about aliens.
