Anywho, welcome to the TFO Conintuity AU! An AU that started off as a self indulgent, frenzied joke to continue where Transformers One left off only to become the “Fine, I’ll Do It Myself” fuck you to hasbro & Paramount ;]

The bulk of this story is told via a fanfic over on AO3 with an accompaniment of art, animatics, and comics! Additionally, feel free to send any and all questions here! I love answering stuff about my nonsense ;3

The Basics:

This AU is basically just my own self indulgent continuation of the Transformers One movie. Where I expand on the existing story and take characters, concepts, and lore from all over the franchise to flesh out the world.

Synopsis:

The driving force of this AU is watching Cybertron slowly descend in the war torn, tragedy we know today. Following Bee as he navigates a new mediator roll between the Autobots and Decepticons following their split at the end of the movie and how the two factions are expected to face down the quintessons to liberate their planet.

Only for the groups to eventually descend into their own civil war amongst themselves while Bee’s mediator role grows more and more integral to keep the causalities to a minimum and their planet in a livable state when it’s all over.

Character Focus:

On the character side, we mainly follow Bee’s perspective with Elita, Optimus, and Megs following close behind. Intercutting with the rest of the main cast! Most notable ones planned so far are Ratchet (IDW/Prime inspired), Breakdown (Earthspark inspired), Jazz, Starscream, Drift, Nickel, Tarn, Skyfire, Cliffjumper, and Prowl. With a further varied supporting group ;]

As well as a few spotlight arcs for other characters like Ironhide, Hubcap, Beachcomber, etc etc.

It’s an overall inclusive group, some just passing through and others will be mainstays that we won’t see till further in ;3

Timeline:

Lastly, we have the timeline set up for this AU! Based on the movie we know 2 things: The war with the Quintessons has apparently gone on for thousands of cycles according to Aloha Trion, and that Sentinel killed the 13 primes 50 cycles ago as of present day.

Given the life span of Transformers I’ve decided to interpret a cycle as 100 human years and a kilo cycle to be 1 human year! So for the relevancy of this AU keep that in mind. This, in turn, makes all the miners between 1,000-5,000ish given they have to predate Sentinels take over!

Additionally, the over arching timeline of this story is divided up into 3 parts!

Part 1: The war with the Quintessons.

Part 2: The descent and beginning of the civil war.

Part 3: The end and aftermath of the civil war.

We don’t go to earth at all in this AU, we stay strictly on Cybertron ;]
