ifeel like💭 on a very base levek i an hyperaware of when my conversation partner is not interested in what im talking about. and i can work with that it doesnt have to be about me. i can pick up the signals. but when im on the receiving end im constantly pitted against, usually men lets be real, that have no concept whatsoever of picking up my signals that im not interested. i say outloud im very busy and frustrated right now do not talk to me i dont want to talk to you. and he just keeps going. i compltetely stop responding like not even gestures or eyecontact and he keeps going. like i feel like im not even being considered in any capacity as a converdation partner im somesort of sponge meant to absorb. people literally beeline to me to tell me their severe personal issues. i dont have the capacity for it anymore i cant do discord vent channel. recently a woman my age in real life started telling me about her suicide attempt in a lot of detail unprompted. everyone is telling me insane things unprompted wo any consideration of my capacity to listen or interest or like. personhood. everyone in my real life is treating me like a living diary.
