“Do they? What did I ever *DO* to be called a monster?” The third Emeritus asked, eyes searching the other. “I’m not the one eating dead bodies or fucking people to death - I do nothing but bring awareness and spread the word - and yet I’m the monster?” He hadn’t meant to raise his voice, but he had done so and clapped a hand over his own mouth. “I’m sorry.” He said, slowly moving his hands away from himself and holding them outward. “I did not mean to shout.”

Truth be told, he probably could do magic - but it wasn’t prevalent in his life. No one made him practice it, no one taught him any new tricks. The third was convinced he couldn’t do any.

“But.. the monsters in the woods are real...” The third said, staring out the window from his office in the main building of the church’s grounds. “That doesn’t make me more of a monster, does it?” His image mattered most to him - the way that the church saw him, the way the people who inhabited the grounds saw him -- all of that, it mattered to him more than anything. “I hope it doesn’t. I’m not a monster.”

Oh no! Don’t be scared, love! As I mentioned in a prior ask - I am a gentle, soft creature. Papa III on the other hand is not so much, he’s more like a velociraptor in a tutu. Scary and weird, occasionally. Feel free to DM me if you’re too afraid, okay? <3

As for not getting around to it yet, I feel that - things are always busy for me (most of the time!) and I can be forgetful.
