Savour the wonderful combination of rose, damiana, and cacao in these heart-shaped chocolates. A genuinely unique treat is produced when fragrant damiana, rich cacao, and the subtle essence of rose petals are combined. Ideal for giving to a loved one or sharing!
Ingredients: 200g cacao butter. 100g cacao powder. 50g powdered damiana leaves. 50g powdered dried rose petals. 100g honey or maple syrup. 1 tsp vanilla extract. A pinch of salt. Heart-shaped silicone molds.
Instructions: Melt the cacao butter in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, creating a double boiler. Stir until completely melted and smooth. Remove from heat and whisk in the cacao powder until well combined. Add the powdered damiana leaves, powdered dried rose petals, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and evenly mixed. Pour the chocolate mixture into heart-shaped silicone molds, filling each cavity. Tap the molds gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles and ensure the chocolate settles evenly. Place the molds in the refrigerator and let them set for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolates are firm and easily pop out of the molds. Once set, carefully remove the chocolate hearts from the molds. Serve and enjoy these delightful cacao and damiana rose chocolate hearts!
