Moving really sucks and now that it is all almost done I got in the scale. I started at 215lb a month ago and got down to 195. It felt so good to get back under 200! But now after a weekend of moving I am 201! It sucks but it was great motivation for a good workout this morning. How do u eat healthy during a move. You get rid of all your perishable foods before hand. Then all your cooking stuff is in boxes. If you do it the way I did you have a small army of people to help so you can be done faster and you pay them in food. So pizza and Chinese delivery at least 2 of the days. Has anyone ever figured out a way to stay healthy while moving?
