THE OCEAN IS NOT LIMITLESS! I get asked all the time why I don’t eat fish even though I’m a surfer and although it’s not my favorite taste, it goes beyond that. I don’t eat fish because I don’t believe in the system in which the massive industry of consumption has implemented to be able to get the most seafood possible, at the lowest cost possible, no matter the effect. The ocean is dying. The fish and ecosystems are dying. I AM NOT ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO BELIEVE NO ONE SHOULD EAT FISH, I JUST BELIEVE THAT AS HUMAN BEINGS OF THIS PLANET IT’S OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW WHERE OUR FOOD COMES FROM, HOW IT GOT TO US, AND THE EFFECTS THAT IT HAS ON OUR PLANET HOME. NO ES INFINITO. Gente me pregunta por que no como pescado si paso mi vida cerca de las costas. Aunque no sea mi favorito gusto, no lo como por que no creo en el sistema. No creo en el sistema de hoy en dia en cual el consumo masivo solo valora la más cantidad, lo más facil posible, y lo más importante–lo menos gastos posibles. El mar se esta muriendo. Los pescados, bichos del mar, el ecosistema se esta muriendo.
