Thank you! I’m just so insanely proud of her, it’s nice that I’m allowed to be. She really did and this is just the beginning.  

Yeah, they kinda are. I think that’s maybe why they’re as close as they are. It’s great that they’ve both got someone like that in the same industry, it’ll be good for them to have someone that can genuinely understand the hurdles and everything. 

I can’t wait to see where she goes from here.

In just a few days Sugarland will start our US tour. The pressure is on and I can feel the anxiety set in. What surprised me the most is the outpouring of love and support! Because due to completely sold out arena’s, we have added more shows to a few cities. New York, Boston, Huston, and Louisiana now have two shows instead of one. How on earth is this my life?

I’m so excited for you, love. Though I’ll definitely miss you.

It’s a brilliant song but of course, I am ever so slightly biased but I also know how hard D has been working on her songs. But regardless of my bias, she freaking killed it! 

Flora knows how far Dani has come. To say it’s been an easy ride would be the biggest dishonour anyone could give to my girl when it comes to how she’s got this far. She’s got a strength that I don’t even think she knows she has but she deserves all the success and for everyone who knows her to be so proud of her. 

I think you’re allowed to be biased, for sure. She did, though.

Note to self: Don’t kiss your sick girlfriend unless you can afford to get sick. And maybe if you do get sick, give yourself a break, so you don’t develop severe pneumonia. A hospital gown is a fashion statement I never want to make again.

Isn’t that relationship 101? Don’t get intimate with a sick partner? 

Lima has been my home consistently for many years but it’s time to move on. I got a job opportunity in New York and I decided not to pass it up. That also means I get to be closer to my family and friends.

I’m late on the Valentine’s Day front, I know. But I had more important things to do. Like spending time with @mommafloradevereaux​ and making sure she had the best day(s) ever. I like to think I succeeded.

I love this woman. I love spending time with her. I love listening to her. I love the way she smiles. I love her heart and how caring she is. That she puts up with some of my more harebrained ideas. I love that I get to call her mine.

Flora: Yay! I'll bring snacks.

Flora: Yeah, the label has not seen my hair yet. Extensions might end up happening if they don't like it.

Flora: It's been a busy week and I just want to see you. Can I come over?

Ash: Can't imagine why they wouldn't but y'never know, I suppose.

Flora: Guess we'll see how I feel, I keep telling myself it's just hair.

Flora: Are you doing anything right now?

Ash: It is, and in time it will grow back and extensions exists.

Flora: Just something I need to get used to.

Flora: I'm glad you like it

Ash: It takes some getting used to, for sure. I remember those days, now I can't imagine having long hair.
