Proton : I’m looking for my boyfriend. His name is Caos. Have you seen him?

“Caos…” She sighs and seems apologetic. “Sorry, hun. I haven’t seen anyone with that name. I doubt Sasha and Kuro have either. I can call Team WaterStone and see if my associate Felix Rukai has seen anything.”

Proton : Alright. He’s blue and green with a red collar. It’s not hard to miss him.

Cassie called up her friend and talked to him for a bit before seeming alarmed and hanging up. “Caos is currently doing freelance work for WaterStone but he hasn’t returned yet…”

Proton : Oh no…we have to go rescue him. He could be in danger.

"Indeed. I'll have to lock the store temporarily. Can you wait for me outside please?" She asked the Deertik kindly.

“Shit…” Zack prepares to use Substitute and growls as his partner prepares a U-turn. “Well, nice knowin’ ya folks then.” Zack immediately uses Substitute, using it to jump out of the ring of fire.

“Huh?!” Kuro got surprised, the substitute stunning him and leaving him wide open to attacks. It’s worth noting the heads of the thieves were nowhere to be founds and they can only hear each other. Even so, that didn’t stop Kuro from trying to fight despite being a kid.

The two didn’t seem to care about attacking, only planning to bail as far as they can. They used the opportunity to start booking it, the Zubat flapping her wings wildly as her accomplice runs on all fours,

That's when it happened, the two felt a chill run down their spines and suddenly, Miya was grabbed by one wing by the headless body of some Sneasel girl and slams her down onto the ground, freezing her slightly so that she couldn't move. She then proceeds to bust the anthro's neck stump in with her metal claw fists.

She didn’t respond for a second or two but then she laughed. “H-heh, that sounds so weird to hear out loud…though, if you really can feel souls, does it feel nice for an Ice-type? I always thought my soul would feel cold to the touch.” She tried to play along with the weird flirt.

“Yer soul is cold to the touch, but that’s how I like it~” His own soul was gone for a long time ago, it always feels good when he’s nearby one. “I wouldn’t mind kissing if we had heads~”

Louise 'kissed’ back, he was actually enjoying that he was headless. “So ya have somethin’ called kissing~. Does that mean ya have an equivalent of a certain other activity~?” He had wrapped his two feelers around Sasha and was now pressing his body against hers. “I mean, it’s up to ya if ya want to.”

The tip of her neck stump blushed as he brought up the question. "Well, if you're talking about what I think you are, then it's by and large mostly the same. Louise hugged her more, since nuzzling wasn’t anything he could do. “I’ll stay with ya~ Ya are pretty nice. And by stayin’ by yer side I reckon ya mean as a boyfriend or somethin’?” He was quite understanding when it came to sentences like that. All he could think about was that he had lost his Sunglasses for good.

"Heh, if you want to be my boyfriend, that is." She said nervously, snuggling up to him. "I'm not about to force you into a relationship you aren't comfortable with, but even so...having you by my side to be my eyes would be very helpful."

The Sneasel takes it and holds it in her clawed hand. She was hoping this would work as this was the only idea she had for them to talk again. Hopefully this idea will work as she wanted to hear Louise’s voice again.

Louise linked the red stone to Sasha’s soul. He then linked the Blue stone to his own body. He switched the stones they were holding. “Alright, we should be able to ‘talk’ now. Only with each other.”

"Yes! I can hear you again!" She felt relieved to hear his voice again as well as her own. "I won't lie though, since our heads were destroyed a while ago, hearing our voices sounds odd to me for now." A sweatdrop went down the back of her neck stump, feeling grateful to have the voices back but she still had to point that out.

The Sneasel takes it and holds it in her clawed hand. She was hoping this would work as this was the only idea she had for them to talk again. Hopefully this idea will work as she wanted to hear Louise's voice again.

Louise fell onto the ground, the head turned into a black puddle. The cursed oil made it impossible for him to create a new one. Great, now both of them were blind.

Sasha's hearing could tell that Louise was somewhat suffering from his head being destroyed. She walks over to him and pats his back, her neck stump still making bubbly and gurgling sounds. Perhaps they can find a way to communicate...

Sasha got scared again and got up quickly. She’s blind so there’s no way she’ll know that Kuro is with him. She decides to run away quickly as she cannot fight in her condition right now!

Sasha seemed very confused. The monster did something to Kuro?! This is not good. If fire is not on her side, things’ll get ugly quick. She seems content on leaving though and since she can’t see, Louise should probably run. Quickly.

Sasha kept running to a hidden cave and underground passage, somewhere Inky would never be able to find them. Gurgling noises and blood bubbles were coming from her neck stump, obviously tired. She could hear Louise...melting? It sounds like his head is melting and doesn't seem like it could be brought back...? She can't see still so she has no idea.
