This is a piece I used to sell at markets. To be honest, I never really liked it, but it was really popular. I think people felt connected to it; It wasn’t just something to fill space on the wall... they saw themselves in the canoe, or it reminded them of a place they love. It’s amazing how something as simple as a silhouette can evoke such emotion and memory. And the more I look at it, the more I love it and what it represents. Home. Adventure. Serenity. The great outdoors. . . . #muskoka #muskokalife #muskokaliving #wallart #homesweethome #paddlemorestressless #canoe #canoeing #canoelife #camping #happycamper #paddler #woodsign #woodsigns https://www.instagram.com/p/Bz33JlelC2G/?igshid=1k4ri3vrk3ccm
