Bran was actually terrified when he was telling off the afanc in Silver on The Tree, but he wouldn’t let it show.

If Bran ever met the greenwitch, the two of them would get along fantastically.

Will sometimes goes to visit Tethys after Silver on the Tree for no real reason except that both of them are lonely. Tethys is delighted, especially once he starts bringing Jane.

Green is Jane’s favorite color

The Black Rider doesn’t swear. At all. He thinks it’s beneath him.

The White Rider swears a lot. Mostly to make the Black Rider angry.

For Will to lose his restraint even that much is rare, and when he does, it can get ugly. Bran backs away slowly the first time it happens. And every time since (hey, an angry dewin is scary stuff!).

Bran approved. 

The swearing comes from his mother. 

Will has only heard Merriman swear once. He ran into the room expecting to be facing an onslaught of the Dark’s forces. Nope. Merriman stubbed his toe.
