Ive been slacking
During March I kept my weight around 150 but since then I havent been as active, been under a lot of stress, and have ate carelessly.as a result I currently weigh 162.2 pounds. I have got to get back on track!!

My weakness is cheese! I love cheese! Especially cheddar! It's great!
Scales!
Bathroom scales are very important. I'm not one of those people who think you should go off measurements and not your weight. Why ? Because I've lost 20 pounds and according to my measurements, only 1/2 to 1 inch. The scales that I use is the one for the wii fit, the one at Walmart in the pharmacy section, and my bathroom scale, which is the best cause its non digital and is usually 3-5 pounds off of both scales. I need to get a new one soon. A new digital one.

Well I didn't really do much today. I tried grilled avocado for the first time. Probably not the best think I ever tasted:/ other than that, it's been a lazy day. It wouldn't surprise me if I gain five pounds just today. That's just how lazy it's been.

Motivation Monday
These are my right nows or afters!! But Im still going . Ive got at least 7 more pounds to lose :) I'm 152 here. That's in all a twenty pound difference from my original weight of 172.
