Hujoo Action Doll Mathew (?). 1st Photo is his old Face-up. 

My Bobobie Han (43 cm) Face-Up and Dye Job (2nd attempt). He still doesn’t have a name, even some years after I first got him. 😯

In the end, I dyed her two times and gave her two face-ups. I wanted her to be a bit darker in tone, but I didn’t want to risk turning her dark red again. ^-^”

The top is recent Face-Up, the bottom is Face-ups I did on my first two dolls. 

After moving to a new house, I decided it was time to ship Pyxis off to get his 6th Face-up. This is his current face-up and had been for almost 2-3 years. 

5th and last face-up that I plastered on Pyxis face. At this point, I was already looking up Face-up artists online. Just look at those lips and eyebrows....omg, why.

Started out decent...and then I blinked and he looked like this. I should have stopped while I was ahead...

First BJD photo-shoot with Pyxis, my doll-love boy. 

First pics I ever took of my first doll. This was minutes after I opened him! He is a Doll-Love Silver Goal. His face-up came chipped on one eyelid, and his lips weren’t all that great. I knew right away that I wanted to get rid of his factory face-up. 

Most of my dolls are nameless. Only one has a consistent name, and he is the first doll that I ever got years ago. 

Sometimes you can get buy a bad batch of dye at the store. My first attempt at dying a doll head sucked. No matter how long the head was in the boiling dye, the color remained pale and washed out. iDye was better, but the smell was not.
