people ask me this question in so many different ways, but the answer will remain the same. PEOPLE WITH DARK SKIN CAN GET ANY TATTOO STYLE DONE AS LONG AS THE ARTIST KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING. I always recommended choosing an artist that shows your their portfolio and what pieces were done on dark skin. as far as keloid scarring, keloids can happen for a number of different reasons including being hereditary. I have a keloid from a piercing, but that was from taking it in and out. i have dark brown skin, and 5 tattoos but no keloids on my tattoos. I believe the quality of the artist and their work can be a factor sometimes, but I'd suggest doing your family research as well as skin care in order to be knowledgeable about your skin.

I believe so yes. unless said black person were raised by Samoan influences. from my understanding those tattoos come from experiences in addition to ancestry. I wouldnt mess with that unless I'd been on a Samoan journey with Samoans guiding me.
