good afternoon, hipsters! it's wild to think that we're not only already on our fourth day of buzz, but that we'll be opening tomorrow! while we'll be giving you more specific information on our opening time later today, we have a few things to cover before then ... including the opening of our general reserves! all members will now be given the chance at their fourth and final reserves! and it's really no different than how the first (freebie) reserve was: simply join our discord (click here!) and go to our reservation channel to put down your reserve! that's it! now get on movin’! we’re excited to see who you go for!

ready for another preview, hipsters? our staff all know well how tedious the task of finishing up applications can be and, given that we’ll be opening in just over two days, we wanted to give you all sufficient time to start pulling yours together! that being said, this preview will help you to start on your journey to application competition as it focused on just that: our seven beautiful applications! you heard that right! seven! while all of the applications generally have the same content to work with, they’re all unique in their own way visually and don’t require a lot of work when it comes to putting together images for them. by clicking here you’ll get a look a visual peek at all of them, as well as all the general information you need to get them up-and-running. you can also find pastebin links to each of the codes under the previews! we hope you enjoy!

hipsters! our third day of buzz is officially upon us and we're gonna kick off the day with our first of two previews! right up above is a peek of three very important areas on the site: our main profile, mini profile and post row. our main profile is made up of two tabs: one for general information (which is not visible in the preview above) and another for some more in-depth details on your character. don't worry though! you don't have to be TOO in-depth there (and you'll get some more information on that once you're able to edit your profile on the site)! in the second tab, there is a section for five aesthetic images, as well as two gifs for the character (or characters!) that yours is paired with. of course, we’re aware that not all characters will be paired with someone upon being made so that area can also be used for additional gifs of your character! with the aesthetic images: you can go with images that represent who your character is or take a more social media esque route with it with selfies, etc. all of the images will automatically resize, though 70x70 is the exact dimensions for them. there are some other areas to the main profile that aren’t visible in the preview ... which is to give you a little something more to look forward to at opening! in our post row and mini profile area, you’ll be able to see your character’s avatar (which is also visible in the main profile) as well as three gifs. the top two gifs are the relationship / extra gifs that can also be seen in your main profile, while the third gif featured at the bottom of the post row is rectangular. though it will resize, the exact dimensions are 225x95. the bottom left corner of the post row is where badges will be visible! a quick (and fun) note that the site can be togged into both light and dark mode and that all of your profile areas will change colors to accommodate the gradient of your character’s member group!

the day isn’t over yet, hipsters! right now? we’re gonna take some time to focus on our final update of the day which’ll involved giving you all the chance at your third reserve. this time around, it’s going to come in the form of a classic development challenge. all you need to do is this: join our discord, create some sort of development for one of your characters and link to it in the channel that has been created for the challenge. that’s it! any sort of development is accepted: pinterest or weheartit boards, playlists, mock up social media graphics, fact blurbs, etc. as long as it’s a sufficient form of development, it counts! a quick reminder that, in order to submit your reserve, you must be a member of the discord as all reservations are being submitted through a channel on there!

hello again! ready for another preview? while we gave our second preview earlier today of noomi’s beautiful skin for the site, we wanted to give you another preview (our third) before we wrap up our evening in a few hours with our development contest! this preview is of some of the neighborhoods of seattle. a note that there are dozens upon dozens of neighborhoods that exist in seattle; so many that we, sadly, weren’t able to include them all, but we can up with twenty or so that we felt would represent potential areas for your characters to call “home” (even if just for a temporarily while - moving always happens, obviously!) on the site. of course, you can also do your own search of other neighborhoods (and even suburb cities) if you want them to live somewhere else, but we hope that this gives you a good starting base! and, of course, a good basis of knowledge for the city itself. you can take a look at our neighborhood guide by clicking here!

hello again, hipsters! hold onto your seats because we’re coming at you with another update! as mentioned earlier, we’re going to give all the chance at a second reserve in a very quick and painless manner: simply reblog one of our ads! do it once, do it twice, do it ten times! anything you want to help us get the word out about our growing cute little community more!  that’s really all you need to do. a quick reminder that, in order to submit your reserve, you must be a member of the discord as all reservations are being submitted through a channel on there!

good morning and happy day two of buzz, hipsters! the last day has been so exhilarating for our staff. we’ve gotten more love and attention that we anticipated and we’re looking forward to seeing what else you have in store for us through our buzz process! to start out the day, we wanted to give you all our second preview: above is a look at part of our skin, which noomi has been taking the time to work on over the last few weeks and ... isn’t it a beauty? there’s definitely more where that came from and you’ll be getting to see bits and pieces more of it as the week progresses (from our post row to our mini profile to our main profile to our applications)! today is going to be a big one in terms of previews and updates - including the opening of two more reserves for everyone so get ready for those updates to be dropped through the day! remember though: you must be a member of our discord to make a reserve as they’ll all be submitted in a channel on there! you can join our discord at the linked! come on in and join all the fun!

good evening, hipsters! we’re coming back at you for the last time today with ... our first preview! and that preview is ... drumroll ....... our member groups! given that the pacific northwest has a vibrant history of teen centered films, literature and television (let’s give a quick shout out to forks!), we decided that it’d be fun to have our member groups focus on television shows for young adults. while the majority of the shows included are based in canada and the united states, we made sure to sneak some programs from all around the world in there as well. those shows chosen help to make up fifteen member groups in total: ten standard and six premium. all standard groups will be free to chose from upon creating your characters while the premium groups will be available for purchase through our point store! to get a sneak peek at what the groups are, as well as the aesthetics attached to them, click here! and keep an eye on both our blog and our discord (which can be joined at the linked) for a slew of cool updates and previews tomorrow!

greetings hipsters! (get it ..., because seattle was ranked the fourth most hipster city in the world in 2018?) our staff is thrilled to announce the official launch of our buzz! our buzz will be quite short as we’re all extremely hyped to get this site kicking with you all. it will go from today until this friday (june 18th). our official opening time will be announced a bit further into the buzz! to start off everything, we are going to direct you all to our discord ... which is now officially open! (click here to join, or see the next post which will have another larger link to it!) all who join the discord will be given the chance at their first reserve. a note that all reserves will be submitted within our discord so you’ll need to join in order to get them in. (there’ll be more information on submission once you can see the channel.) beyond that, today will be fairly relaxed, with only a simple preview in the coming hours to tie up our first day. we’re so excited for everyone to join and to get to know all of the characters that you have in mind! for those wanting to get a complete look at our schedule, you can do so by clicking on the bell at the corner of our main page. the schedule will drop down when you do! anyone on mobile will be able to find an alternative link to the schedule using mobile navigation!
