im not sure if something similar to this has been posted already, but here’s a small, easy recipe i use before i go to bed sometimes, it makes me feel sleepy!

you will need: 🎀 any sort of milk / milk substitute (i used semi skimmed) 🎀 about 2 teaspoons of honey, maple syrup, or a substitute 🎀 a few drops of vanilla extract 🎀 a sprinkle of cinnamon

i just microwave it for maybe 30 seconds to a minute (this varies depending on your microwave and how hot you want the milk obv)

and that’s it!

For age regressors who don’t have carers or maybe have a long distance carer!

🦕make a journal for when youre small! You can write down what you did today, tape coloring pages in and color them, or just draw and put stickers on the pages! Don’t forget to decorate the cover!

🦕wear pajama shorts and a big big t shirt!! Big t shirts always make me feel small!

🦕watch kiddy shows on netflix or if you dont have netflix, find a youtube channel to watch that has kids crafts or anything else that makes you feel small! I love to watch My Froggy Stuff when im regressed.

🦕warm up some milk in a ceramic cup to drink with a straw or put in your sippy cup! Make sure to only microwave it for 30-45 seconds at a time and stir it so it doesnt burn!

🦕if you have it, put some baby oil on your arms and legs! If you dont, use a smelly lotion that you really like!

🦕if you have them, put cute little barettes or bows in your hair!

🦕dont forget to wear super cute socks!!
