last january 😅 new year's resolution this year is to gain >1lb a week

some belly play in honor of doubling my starting weight ;)

i wish i had a more exciting answer, but truly just eating a lot of calorie dense food and drinking boost vhc to get over plateaus. i dont track calories but estimate and shoot for 1k+ over my maintenance calories daily
