Must Be: Broken

Here is an updated preview of my independent study work. I am trying to capture the changes in people’s emotions at high frame rates to reveal things that the human eye cannot see. 

This afternoon, I was able to make initial progress on my independent study. Through the generosity of the mechanical engineering department on campus, I was able to obtain an Edgertronic high-speed camera and capture some footage for testing. The next step will be to take the sample file and convert it to VHS format to experiment with the loss produced by tape.
