My 1 year progress photo... 265 days ago I decided to get off my scrawny ass and step my way back to the gym(for real this time). Every day I got myself motivated and pushed through all of my laziness to get where I wanted to be, in order to prove the naysayers wrong, and to prove my supporters right. I persevered through the soreness and set my sights on fitness. And 365 days later my progress is evident. I considered myself to be the laziest piece of shit ever; so, if I can do this you can too! All you need to do is stay motivated and push!
