all of the pain and anger

recently ive been feeling less anger towards those relationships ive lost usually the pangs of anxiety would keep me awake trying to figure out if i behaved accordingly throughout that period of time i cant always say yes but i do believe i acted with the best intentions at heart which doesn’t always matter, your intentions...

but now still as anxious i can come to terms with with the truth these people that i say that i harbor anger towards i have no anger i have been mistaking it for love

to miss someone youve had to erase for seemingly no good reason is painful to love someone who you seemingly cannot reach out to to express your love is painful

i harbor resent towards discipline towards the thought that i cannot reach out to someone i once thought of as a friend or lover and the will ive constructed to keep me from doing so
