hello hello! my name is taniyanss but you can call me tani, kewpie baby, whatever you like.

so, why the rando baby? well, i grew up eating kewpie mayo a lot. its my favorite thing, the one with the diced cucumber and carrots... oh yeah, i was a kewpie mayo baby. also! this pfp is just really cute and i like it (created by rose o'niell who made the kewpie doll, thank you so much this baby is everything.) as a result, you can expect my online sona to be the kewpie baby!

what you can expect ☆

i love to draw and i love to connect with people! i am no perfect artist but this is truly a passion where i naturally enter a flow state to just create. i dont do much color as its a weakness of mine... but every now and then i will breakthrough! and color. however, expect a lot of fully lined sketches of games, movies, and tv shows!

feel free to interact (NICELY. i got scammed once on tumblr and it was a nightmare.) and pop in my ask box! i may even take requests and draw rough sketches if i am free. as i am still figuring out how to thrive in my personal life (finish studies... getting a job... the nightmares persist....), i may be a bit quiet here and there but i am lurking!

what's the difference between your socmed's?

yeah, why do i have so many different social media accounts. well...

tumblr - tumblr is where i post my finished results and in-progress pics! ideally, i want to make it a hub for interaction as well... though i'm not very sure how to use it and respond to people... but i like yapping on tumblr the most!

twitter - twitter is my super casual lounge. i dump progress pics as i'm working so twitter peeps get sneak peeks first. that being said, a lot of random doodles are also on twitter. so if you want pretty exclusive looks on my digital art stuff, i recommend checking me out on twitter!

instagram - not my favorite mode of posting but i love seeing a collage of my works on my page so thats what i use it for.

tiktok - so i'm actually pretty new to doing digital art but i've been doing traditional for a HEFTY 4-5 years now. i dont have a nice scanner for my traditional art so i make videos of my stuff to post on tiktok! also has some pretty exclusive art... hehe

so i didnt plan at all to color it like araki. but then i was like. eh ill give it a shot. so i gave it a shot. and i kinda love how it turned out? like im kinda into the saturation and the spunky colors and the complimentary colors between the background and the characters. here's a cheeky close-up shot of how i rendered! its a bit messy up close so dont look too closely

yeah i started watching stone ocean and jjba just for anasui bc of his design. LOVE. his character? peculiar but its ok hes bully able.

excited to watch steel ball run..... maybe i will draw some more jojos idk. i kinda like what i have with the colors and the art style... araki...i like ur art.... i like ur style.... i like u sir....

there was a lot of laziness to finish, a lot of "i dont like how that looks" but also, a lot of, hey thats pretty good! the background style is heavily inspired by gary gianni. gorgeous work.

i did read akotsk before the show came out and would i say i didnt like lyonel as much as i do now bc he looks young? yes, yes i would. the grey speaks to me. the curls speak to me. the bacchus-esque chaos speaks to me. show lyonel speaks to my soul.

omg i waited 3 years for afaa to come out. watching it just pushed me back into the avatar hyperfixation.

this was supposed to be a chill sketch. and then i got caught up with the summer y2k vibe. and then i was like ok i will finish this. i am not good at drawing hair, so drawing curly hair was definitely outside of my comfort zone. but i kinda like the result... i will definitely try exploring new hairstyles in the future. this is the tattoo version but theres a non-tatted version:

so cute! they have grown so much. but also they deserve more screentime and interactions together. mr. jim c youre missing out on writing the funniest sibling dynamic on pandora. im missing rotxo here so fingers crossed i draw them a bit more so we can have the metkayina trio together ❤️

red winter is coming and here it is! my own design on rendog's red king.

guys i love ren and his videos so much. he truly feeds his artists with lore, design, and... so much thematic goodness there is no way u couldn't draw for him.

sure.... third life has ended long ago. but i think the fact people still talk about red winter is truly a testament to how absolutely ICONIC ren made third life. just muah muah muah chefs kiss i love his brain it truly is so fun.

i am so happy with how it came out i truly rendered like a mad man and im so proud of how it looks! i also just love the design and composition so yeah. gosh love u rendiggity! this was SO much fun

i love drawing them theyre so cutesie. i think drawing mr. cena is a newfound passion of mine. im quite fond of him.

ofcourse.... gotta draw adrian with his three apples. bc i like apples and i like adrian.

theres something so fun about drawing them. maybe its the fact i have barbie girl by aqua playing while imagining them as barbies (not so hard considering mr. john was a gorgeous mermaid in barbie canon(?))

i still havent finished s2 of peacemaker yet. still reaaaaaally taking my time on it because i dont want it to end 😞

yeah ive been watching a lot of peacemaker and hes goated. hes so lovable funny and silly. what a guy. ive been like. searching vigilante fanart on here sm might as well contribute some of mine (and also bc i just really want to draw him...LOL)

i didnt even make a full spread for him bc... i was deciding on doing it... but the other drawing was so cutesie

it really didnt fit the vibe of this one thats more comic book-esque... so yeah this is it! hes so cool i love him.

im on season 2 now (no spoilers) i may draw more of him but dont count on it.... my interests go up down sideways and in a straight line.

silent hill f came out at a great time. new horror game to watch 8+ hours of gameplay, miffy night light on, me and my stuffies against the terrors.

this was an absolute BLAST to draw. very challenging though. the transformation was a bit of a challenge translating it onto a 2D medium plus i have trypophobia so it took me a while to get over it. honestly, even now, i cant rlly look at it ... kinda. the more you stew on it the less gross it is but if i see it from my peripheral i get hella spooked. its crazy.

really liked the monster design as well. i like drawing monsters too but im never very good at creating one myself. so this was good value practice and just a lot of good fun!

i am not gonna lie i had a vision of this being comic panel-esque with the quotes. i was playing visual novel game while i made this n there would be a profile, headshot right next to the dialogue and thats where i drew my inspiration from.

i also thought it would be more jarring if u could see henryks human head in the gentlemans hands, create a sense of cohesion to the drawing (even though the gentleman IS henryk, i just want more visual clarity)

yeah, i thought that like. composition wise i liked it a lot!
