Hello and welcome to my humble little art blog.

I've been meaning to open an art account on a number of other sites (2 to be exact), but I simply never managed to gather enough bravery and confidence to see it through. Until today, that is.

So what is this blog about?

Although I enjoy a number of fictional properties, I've decided to dedicate this blog to art inspired by/based on the hit game Elden Ring (2022) and all of its associated characters, locations, assets, lore, etc. And if the winds are favourable, I might open side blogs for other fandoms.

Edit: I'll be tagging my art #tallfuckingart for easier personal access.

My main account got @-ed on this scam (no I won't say which one), and it occurred to me that some of the people here might not realize this is a scam.

Came to conclusion that i have to stop drawing women only (task impossible)

Needless to say, I've since really fallen in love with the idea of Marika's presence being something terrifying and attempted to capture it in art, alongside a more traditional portrait.

Don't have time to do anything bigger, and don't have energy for actual work, so here's a sketch fanart of Malenia.

The landscape has changed a lot over the years, and I'm curious!

There's something so compelling about her face.

Malenia is helmeted in most of her depictions. Every tshirt or figurine or poster... Her face is obscured by the winged helm.

I guess it's easy to infer symbolic meaning from her blindness, the vacancy put upon her. I don't think it indicates any deeper truths about her character. She did not choose the curse she was born with, the inherent injustice of it all. The only truth is that her eyes are gone and sockets of blackened rot linger in their place.
