I keep going back and forth on just getting a decent new job and trying to break into one of the careers I thought was cool as a kid

#unfortunately most of those careers take a lot of getting into and don't pay well at the outset #but also nobody is asking for interviews this is like being single all over again no one wants me personally or professionally #my problem is that i wasn't supposed to be working at my time of life i was supposed to be married and homeschooling my kids but alas #that obviously never happened #(which is not to say homeschooling and being a mom is not work it is and it's the worki wanted not being a corporate stooge)#tale spins
