The worst feeling in the world is when you can slowly feel someone leaving you. Caring less. You start noticing the small things that they don’t do anymore. The things they used to say and do happen less and less until it is rare to happen. They become hesitant and distant. They think you don’t notice but oh, you notice. And when they do leave, you will still be surprised. Even though you shouldn’t be. You have known all along, really. But it still hurts. You still feel like someone is stabbing you and twisting the knife into your heart. And when you find yourself sitting in your room alone, wishing that they call, waiting and waiting. But they never do. You sit there feeling like an idiot because while they are having the time of their life, you are sitting there just waiting.
