            “Eaaasy mate.  Jus’ have’n a bad dream is all. Shhh…”  He shooshed the sleeping boy.  Dalmon’s eyes continued to flutter stressfully beneath his closed eyelids until his cheek remained pressed to Zugasi’s chest for a moment.  His stirring came to a halt.  The teal blood watched as his muscles relaxed, easing back into a worry free sleep.  Sighing with a smile, he stroked Dalmon’s mop top pressing a small kiss to his forehead…  He wondered, how long they could stay like this.  He was playing with the brown blood’s emotions, as well as his body…  and probably destroying it as well.  The fact that he was puling him down into this back alley world with him wasn’t good for the boy.  He knew that.  Gog he was selfish.  Weak, sleazy, selfish.  If Dalmon became an addict or caught up in some sort of gang trouble, it wasn’t going to be anyone else’s fault but his own.  It was only a matter of time before he had to let him go…  He couldn’t let anything happen to him, not like…  like…  he shook his head of the thought, smooshing Dal a wee bit closer in his arms.  No…   They still had some time.  Time to drink tea, goof off, and help the lad with his life.  And a fooling round…  Just a little.  He cursed himself for allowing Dal to become so attached to him already, but truth be told, he was slowly becoming just as dependent…  Tomorrow.  Tomorrow he knew he’d have to set things straight with him.  Tell him this wasn’t the kind of life he should live, to go make some sort of healthy connections in his life!  Just than Dalmon stirred again slightly, the distraught look of unease that traced his features moments before was now replaced with a light smile.

            “Mmm….  Zoo…”  He cooed nuzzling lovingly into his chest.
