now i can’t speak for the OP, but i, personally, was joking
it’s not exactly the same panel because Oda always redraws everything, but it looks pretty much the same as each other, so it looks like ‘the same panel’ when it’s not. the structure, composition, and general feel of the panel is the sameÂ
if you showed someone both panels quickly without giving them a chance to look at the finer details, chances are, they’d think it was the same panel.Â
which, honestly i think that’s fine. again, the man gets 3 hours of sleep a night, i don’t really care of it does something repetitive like this once in a while
