I NEED CHARLIE AND ZOE HEADCANNONS š©
Oh man anon, me too.
I have held off on writing about Charlieās Kingsman baby because I was worried Iād get the name wrongā¦or yāknow, just about anything else wrong. I know many people probably have many strong opinions about the name of his dog, how he is with his dogā¦
But I couldnāt resist any longer.
So hereās Zoe.
(Also this means you read my most recent effortsā¦THANK YOU FOR THAT)
Charlie lives for Zoe. There were times at Poppyland he heavily considered navigating the minefield just to go home. To be with his dog.Ā
Iām thinking possibly a John Wick scenario if anything were to happen to her. And heās got that armā¦
Having a puppy during the craziness of being a Kingsman recruit absolutely helped him. Instead of talking to other recruits, heād take Zoe for walks around the huge building, inside and out.Ā
He was allowed to keep her even after failing out of his chance at being a Kingsman agent, which totally surprised him as his biggest concern on the ride home had been how was he going to deal with not having her around anymore.
She comforts him, keeps him at ease. Sheās spectacularly well-trained. A source of unconditional love. She doesnāt heap on ridiculous expectations like the other people in his life.Ā
So Iām gonna go there: Waking up in the bunker, once he realized his family had been killed via those lovely implants, he needed to get home as soon as possible to check on Zoe. Sheās all he had left.
There was a period of time where looking after Bennie and Jet made him feel like he was neglecting Zoe back in London (where she was carefully looked after in his absence) so he requested that he be allowed more frequent visits home.
After being flung from the taxi, Charlie managed to make it back to his flat and nurse his wounds and sleep off some of his soreness. Of course he had to see his dog.
And after everything (because nope, not a chance, he didnāt die) he gets to go back home and refocus. He doesnāt feel completely alone thanks to her presence.Ā
If she senses heās not going to react well, perhaps someoneās got a few choice words for him, sheāll stand in front of him protectively. Sheās definitely pretty intimidating.
She loves playing fetch with him because in an open field, he can throw the tennis ball a hell of a lot father than anyone else.Ā
Also with the metal arm, he doesnāt get wrist fatigue that would cause him to stop scratching behind her ears or on her belly after a bit.
He takes her with him everywhere when heās running errands. (Maybe one day you just couldnāt resist, and you go to pet her, not noticing whoās on the other end of her leash until you stand up and heās just watching.)
As is assumed, he absolutely spoils her rotten. The best diet/best quality food, all the toys she could think of, and all the love and attention she could ask for.
They are inseparable.
(If this spawns anything for anyone TAG ME PLEASE!)
