Single Dad Ingo:
• Ingo barely remembers the whole ordeal- him and the mother were terribly drunk. The most vivid details were the morning after, stumbling to quickly gather his clothes. He then wrote a hasty note about how the door will be unlocked simply because he left and that a bowl of cereal awaited her.
•For nine months he was fine. Emmet did not know, it was Ingo’s dirty little secret.
•And then, one brisk morning, said woman appeared at the train station with a baby and yup. That was undeniably his baby. The silver eyes and grey tuft of hair on her small, scrunched up little face was undeniable. One long afternoon of paperwork later and guardianship was his.
•Emmet couldn’t believe it. Had laughed to the point of tears and then when Ingo swore on their railroad tracks that no it wasn’t a prank, this is his daughter, Emmet then swooped into to cuddle his niece.
•A family was always what Ingo envisioned for the future. He was a romantic at heart, wanted the whole Unovan Nuclear Family, down to the white picket fence. Maybe it wasn’t conventional, but he had that now.
•It was easier with Emmet living there- his brother adored being an uncle. Loved showing her off to passengers almost as much as Ingo did.
•Emmet was more than happy to help take turns holding her and feeding her should Ingo ever need a break or a breather. They’d trade off night feedings and diapers.
•Should one battle Subway Master Ingo, you’ll see him effortlessly conduct his battle as if an infant weren’t in a carrier strapped to his chest, snoring softly. (Granted, if she were to start crying he would call for a pause to assist in whatever need she may have. It’s his train, his rules.) She’s got noise canceling headphones and is as cozy as can be.
•Often referred to as a DILF.
•He doesn’t know what a ‘DILF’ is and at this point he’s too afraid to ask.
•Ingo wants more kids, eventually. Granted, now he was going to be abstinent from any sort of sexuaI intimacy until marriage out of sheer worry, but he would love more kiddos. As a twin, he couldn’t imagine life without a sibling, and wants that for his daughter as well, be it adopted or biological. Just… it’ll be a while.
