I want to sit back and watch some unaware sub follow instructions to make one. It’s a simple thing; just cut a piece of string and tie pegs in equal distances all the way along it. But I think it would be funny to alter that a little. A couple pegs on each end of a short string, then the middle can be threaded through the front of their underwear. I’d have them pull that waistband up nice and high, then attach the pegs going up their chest, with the final pegs clamping down on their nipples. Letting go of the underwear rips the pegs off, fulfilling the zipper and hurting like a bitch. But keeping that wedgie held so high is going to get painful. Maybe pushing a toy against them would be mean at that point, but it would put the pressure on to make a choice before it’s made for them.
