Some snippet of my current fave in Zumba Class. A Moombahton song from #zin75. Love it! . . . Do you know that as a #zumbainstructor , deep down inside I am always insecure about my appearance. How flabby my arms are. How thunderous are my thighs and how my abs are not tight. Especially now that I have to flaunt this so called post partum body. Mommies body they called it. . . I don't have the luxury of time to practice #Zumba and to keep my fitness level at the optimum level anymore. Hence each time I am about to go and teach a class, my biggest dilemma is about what to wear in order to cover up the flaws. . . Being healthy and fit regardless of one's size is the ideal mindset. After all body shaming is not good. But sometimes I can't help but to feel inferior with this flabby post partum body. Sigh. #jvmfitness
