Why: Deleted their artshop, didn’t complete commission(s) and ignored message asking for refund.

Explain: I opened a board seeking art and Ziggster offered to work with me. [Exchanges on my board] Liking their artwork, I agreed to it, made a deal with them and paid them the required price in advance. [Screenshot] At the time, they had at least 10 other people on their commission list, so I knew it would take some times before they’d get back to me. At this point, everything was fine.
Early November, I decided to check on their shop to see if my slot was coming closer, and to my surprise, they had deleted their artshop. [Cached Screenshot of their Artshop]. I then decided to go on their profile and realised that they had also changed their username from Ziggster to Crashin. I mailed them to ask what was going on [Screenshot] and got no answer. After which I realized it was probably hopeless and asked for a refund. [Screenshot]. As I’m writing this review, I have yet to receive my refund, an answer or the commission I’ve paid for. Since I don’t remember who else was on their commission list at that time, I do not know how it’s going for them either.
