Lady Nicoleta Negrescu, 8th Generation Tzimisce is a member of the Korzha voivodeship within the southeastern United States of America. Â The village of Negrescu, which she maintains alongside her brother, is within the backwoods of Georgia.
Born initially as a parasitic twin to her conjoined brother, Nicoletaâs strange birth was reason enough for the reclusive though powerful Lord Nicusor to work tirelessly to recreate many of the organs the lesser twin had to survive with.  She learned from an early age that she was something âexceptionalâ and that her bloodline had produced something God intended for Nicusor to correct.  âFlesh,â the elder Tzimisce often remarked, âis Godâs greatest canvas.  You shall be my masterpiece.â  Her saviorâs âcuriosityâ greatly scarred her throughout most of her life and created an unhealthy obsession with her older brother, Nicolae/Nikolai, following his [failed] diablerie of her tormentor.
Despite this, Nicoleta has grown into an accomplished master of vicissitude, some believing nearly the equal of her deceased sire, and has been mentioned alongside the title of zhupan. On several occasions within circles pertaining to Tzimisce in the Americas.
As the sire of the martinent Krima Nicolescu and the troublesome Salvatrice, she has begun to replicate her sireâs successes and looks to challenge even his greatest work with time.
