Let's talk about what would happen if Minamoto were a potential romantic rival for Hatano. Who would Mob choose? We know very well that both have significant advantages and disadvantages. In Minamoto's case, it would seem he has a better chance with Mob, given the age difference and the possibility of a strong friendship. But that's the problem: Minamoto couldn't confess his feelings to Mob (my baby would arrive too late 😭😭💔💔). This is due to his fear of rejection and ruining his friendship with Mob. Despite everything, Minamoto would be the only one who understood Mob's complex ideas about the BL world, and Minamoto would fear ceasing to be his refuge. Hatano's case is very different; he is incapable of containing his feelings. Proof of this is that the first time they met, he confessed his feelings without thinking about the consequences 🤔 Hatano doesn't stand a chance because of the age difference; he has to wait a couple of years for an opportunity to arise (unlike Minamoto). But the difference is that Hatano doesn't give up despite potential rejection and is very persistent. However, there's a nervousness that Mob might choose Minamoto because of her mature aura, the complete opposite of Hatano's. Furthermore, Mob doesn't accept Hatano's love so easily: "Who falls in love with someone who helps you fix your bike?" Mob would say. Believing in Hatano's love, knowing the rules of the BL world, would make Mob suspicious. "Is Hatano's love real, or is it just a product of the BL world's rules?" Mob would wonder. But no matter what, Hatano would spend years trying to prove her love to Mob and would never give up (at a certain point, it would be something that could win him over), and then there's Minamoto, who would wait for years for Mob and suppress her feelings for the sake of her best friend. 😭😭👥👥👁️👄👁️💔✨✨✨
