Of course he doesn't have a mouth like humans do but the thought of him being able to suck in air through a tiny gap between his faceplates makes me giggle and kick my feet,,
He must be so sad about not being able to kiss you back, the lack of lips/movable jaw makes him feel like he isn't doing enough!
He probably did it on accident once, too lost in pleasure to notice his fans quickening and air pulling through his narrow mouth gap. He only noticed once he made contact with your neck, the suction meeting your tender skin. It did leave a little bruise, a fine red line, a kiss in his own special way. He quickly got worried at the sight, fearing he hurt you on accident, though the sparkle in your eyes suggested otherwise.
This is a revelation that needs to be explored!
