Zen fix daily, from #zenhen: ā Often times we mistake having a zen mind for an empty mind. Feeling a calmness, or content, open mind does not mean it is free from thoughts. In fact, Zen mind is one that has been practised daily and disciplined to see thoughts and allow them to pass freely through the mind. Just like free-flowing traffic, cars moving along a big stretch of highway: Our thoughts are healthiest and most useful to us when they can simply come and go. ā We get into much trouble when there is a traffic jam of thoughts in our head. Just like in a traffic jam on the highway, it is impossible to move forward. #healingmusezen #zenlifecoach ā How can we remedy this and make it better?
