Shedinja
Let’s be real: If anyone could actually make Shedinja work, it’s Zemo. One tiny mistake and you’re boned, but if you’re good enough to consistently out-predict your enemy, you’re literally untouchable.
Mightyena and Pidgeot
Zemo grew up in a war-torn and impoverished failed state; he didn’t exactly have a lot of fancy powerful Pokemon in his back yard. These two have been with him from the start.
Marowak
A trusty companion from his military career, AND IN HINDSIGHT RATHER AN IRONIC CHOICE
Lilligant
Evolved from a Petilil he and his wife raised together. Lilligant’s flower wilts if it doesn’t get enough love; while it bloomed she was always a symbol of what Zemo and his wife had built together.
Pawniard
Picked up after the Ultron catastrophe. Literally all sharp edges -- at that point, what else is left of Zemo?
